The Real Balance story begins over a couple of decades ago, when the founder, Suzanne MacKay-Dunn, realized the frustration of small business entrepreneurs. Small businesses are trying to change the world and their main challenge is being slowed down by the never-ending needs of nitty gritty tasks - sending out invoices, bill payments, running payroll, remitting taxes, preparing financial statements, meeting with regular compliances and at the same time trying to find investors to grow their business. Working in their business not on their business.
